“ Had a great dinner experience at Vessel Kitchen! Had the Utah bowl, with delicious chicken and sweet potatos, and the Uncle Rico bowl with Pork and mashed potatoes. Both were creative in their presentation and mix of colors. Loved the blend of flavors! My only wish is that they had better beverage options. Definitely worth the visit for delicious food! ”
“ Went to vessel kitchen with my wife. It was a pretty good little spot. Whole foods, locally sourced, and lots of good flavor. I had the braised beef with cauliflower and Brussel sprouts. My wife had the chicken breast, Brussel sprouts, cauliflower, and ordered an additional side of the Thai carrots. My 2yo had Mac and cheese. I enjoyed my food other than I felt the braised beef was a little bland and slightly dry. My wife loved her food. Eating there was her idea so obviously she knew what she enjoyed. My 2yo's food was good. Be aware that they dont so fountain drinks due to the nature of their goal to have locally sourced and better for you options. Drinks are per can or they do have good tasting water. I would eat there again but would probably try a different protein option. ”
